This is a great CrossFit workout that we did today:
Run 800 meters (2 laps on the track)
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-Ups
(Repeat 4 times with no rest)
This is very effective for the core and hamstrings, but the best part about it is that you're completing a cardio AND anaerobic workout in just 15 to 20 minutes.
