--- Bike (stationary or static) 15 x 1 minute intervals at a pace corresponding to approx. 90-95% max HR
--- Rest for 2 minutes between intervals (make sure you are "actively" resting, i.e. keep a steady, slow pace to recover)
You should probably put on a bathing suit before you do this because you will get SOAKED!
