One of my favorite workouts that my buddies and I do at the firehouse:
25 Box Jumps
30 seconds of Static Plank
25 Burpees
30 seconds wall sits
25 Lunges
30 seconds lying down scissor kicks
Repeat Cycle 4 times
Great workout for 3 people to do in circuit order b/c Box Jumps, Burpees, and Lunges should take about the same amount of time. Focus on Legs and core strength.
